Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Ranking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Fair Play

Rankings must reflect real skill. You may not: submit false results, rig matches, farm weak opponents, collude, or use multiple accounts. ELO/rank comes only from real play and cannot be purchased. We may adjust, void, or reset any rank gained unfairly.

Match Confirmation & Cancellation

Matches played against real players require confirmation from the opposing side. If not confirmed within 3 days, the match is marked "cancelled" and counts toward neither statistics nor ELO. Matches against guest players finalize automatically after a set period.

User Content

You own the photos and content you upload, but grant us a license to store and display them to operate the service. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content.

Virtual Items & Purchases

If virtual goods (such as EXP or cosmetics) are offered in the future, they are for entertainment and personalization only, have no real-world monetary value, and will never include anything that raises ELO/rank. Any purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Prohibited Conduct

No hacking, reverse engineering, disrupting the service, automated scraping, impersonation, or unlawful use of the app.

Suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, especially cheating that undermines ranking fairness.

Disclaimer & Liability

The app is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

การยอมรับข้อตกลง

การสร้างบัญชีหรือใช้ Ranking ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาอย่าใช้แอป

บัญชีผู้ใช้

คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและดูแลรักษาบัญชีของตนเอง คุณรับผิดชอบกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ

การเล่นอย่างยุติธรรม

อันดับต้องสะท้อนฝีมือจริง ห้าม: กรอกผลเท็จ ปั่นแมตช์ ฟาร์มคู่อ่อน สมรู้ร่วมคิด หรือใช้หลายบัญชี ELO/อันดับได้จากการเล่นจริงเท่านั้น และ "ซื้อไม่ได้" เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปรับ ลบผล หรือรีเซ็ตอันดับที่ได้มาโดยมิชอบ

การยืนยันและยกเลิกแมตช์

แมตช์ที่เล่นกับผู้เล่นจริงต้องได้รับการยืนยันจากฝ่ายตรงข้าม หากไม่มีการยืนยันภายใน 3 วัน ระบบจะเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็น "ยกเลิก" โดยไม่คิดสถิติหรือ ELO ส่วนแมตช์กับผู้เล่นรับเชิญ (guest) จะสรุปผลอัตโนมัติตามเวลาที่กำหนด

เนื้อหาของผู้ใช้

คุณเป็นเจ้าของรูปภาพและเนื้อหาที่อัปโหลด แต่ให้สิทธิ์เราในการจัดเก็บและแสดงผลเพื่อให้บริการ ห้ามอัปโหลดเนื้อหาผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น หรือไม่เหมาะสม

ไอเทมและการซื้อในแอป

หากในอนาคตมีสินค้าเสมือน (เช่น EXP หรือของแต่งตัวตน) จะมีไว้เพื่อความบันเทิงและการแต่งตัวเท่านั้น ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินจริง และจะ "ไม่มี" การขายที่เพิ่ม ELO/อันดับโดยเด็ดขาด การซื้อ (ถ้ามี) โดยทั่วไปไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนด

พฤติกรรมต้องห้าม

ห้ามแฮก ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ รบกวนระบบ ดึงข้อมูลอัตโนมัติ ปลอมตัวเป็นผู้อื่น หรือใช้แอปในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย

การระงับบัญชี

เราอาจระงับหรือลบบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนด โดยเฉพาะการโกงที่กระทบความยุติธรรมของอันดับ

ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

แอปให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือการสูญหายของข้อมูลที่เกิดจากการใช้แอป

กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย
